Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, script, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
Create engaging written content for social media, email, and blogs
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams on campaign execution
Research trends and audience behavior to produce timely, relevant content
Manage content calendars and ensure brand consistency across platforms
Work on UGC-style, educational, or storytelling-based formats as needed
Track content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics
As a Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels from short-form video to written copy and social storytelling. You’ll play a key role in building brand presence, user engagement, and campaign execution.
Requirements:
Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role
Strong portfolio of written, visual, or video content
Proficiency with basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe, Canva, etc.)
Excellent storytelling, scripting, and caption-writing skills
Deep understanding of social media trends and platform behaviors
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Experience with creator marketing or UGC-style formats
Knowledge of SEO and blog writing
On-camera confidence (if you're open to being a brand face)
Familiarity with performance metrics and analytics tools
