Eligibility Criteria: Open to students pursuing full-time B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech/M.E. or dual degree programs from Engineering colleges in India & will graduate in 2026, 2027, 2028 or 2029. Participants must register in teams of 2-3 members. Cross-college teams are not allowed. Cross-year teams are allowed. Cross-specialisation teams are allowed. Rules and Guidelines: All members of the team have to register with their WhatsApp numbers. All members of the team must register with their official university ID. In case you do not have one, you can register with your Gmail ID. All members of a team should be from the same institute/university. One student cannot be a part of more than one team. Rounds and Stages: Round 1 - Online MCQ Assessment + Coding: There will be 15 multiple-choice questions (Algo/DSA Programming logic) and 1 problem statement to be completed in 1 hour. All team members must participate in this round, and the team average will determine the winning teams. You can attempt the assessment once the round is live on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM. During this time, you can click on the assessment link and attempt, each candidate is only allowed one attempt. The challenge must be completed in one sitting, i.e. you must finish the task before the timer runs out. Round 2 - Build and Connect Round: All shortlisted teams will gain access to the detailed problem statement once the round goes live on 14th July 2025. The document will clearly outline the challenge, steps to follow, and the evaluation process. As part of this round, teams are expected to build the core system that powers intelligent document understanding and semantic linking, aligned with the problem brief. Once completed, team leaders will be required to submit their solution as per the instructions provided in the problem statement. This may include a private GitHub repository link and any other assets or documentation needed for evaluation. Further submission instructions and access credentials will be shared closer to the round launch. Submission window is from Monday, July 14, 2025, to Monday, July 28, 2025, 11:59 PM. Teams can change their submissions until 11:50 PM on Monday, July 28, 2025. Only the team leader can make the submission. Round 3 - Experience and Insight Prototype: In this round, shortlisted teams will build a functional prototype that brings their document intelligence engine to life. Using the foundation laid in the previous round, teams are expected to develop a web-based interface that enables users to explore documents, discover related content, and generate contextual insights. The prototype should showcase the core user experience, including contextual recommendations, interaction flows, and any insight-generation features outlined in the brief. Once complete, team leaders will be required to submit their solution as per the submission guidelines. This may include a private GitHub repository link and other relevant materials for evaluation. Please ensure all elements are well-organised and accessible to the review panel. Complete details will be provided along with the official problem statement. Submission window is from Tuesday, August 5, 2025, to Tuesday, August 19, 2025, 11:59 PM. Teams can change their submissions until 11:50 PM on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Only the team leader can make the submission. Round 4 - Grand Finale: The top teams will be presenting their solution to the Adobe leadership at their headquarters in Noida. Adobe will manage the travel and lodging expenses for students qualifying for the final round. Rewards and Prizes: 1st Prize - Each member of the Winning team will receive a MacBook Air 2nd Prize - Each member of the Winning team will receive an iPad Air Top 50 participants to get PPIs and a chance to intern with Adobe with a stipend of INR 1,00,000 per month National Finalists to get exclusive goodie bags from Adobe and Adobe Acrobat Pro Licenses 50 shortlisted teams to get certificates from Adobe Note: Only the 2027 batch is eligible for PPIs for an Internship.
