Job description What you’ll do Eligibility Criteria :- Candidate should have Good English Communication. Candidate should be comfortable to work in rotational shift. System Requirements :- i5 or i7 processor 8GB RAM or above Windows 10 pro 11 or 11 pro Wi-Fi Speed 40 MBPS or above Power backup USB Headsets Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information on products/services offered by Flipkart to customers. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers. Meet performance targets set by the company for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.
